		Questions About TRUCKER1 Find your answers here Q: Why does the Facebook connect button not appear on my settings screen? A: For Facebook connect to operate properly the phone has to be registered. Go to the settings menu and complete the registration process. Make sure you accept the terms of use, identify if you are a 1st Guard customer, and add a valid email address. Once you have completed these steps hit register. After the registration process has been completed the Facebook connect button will appear. Q: Why did I get an internet error message while running TRUCKER1? A: This happens when you get out of range of cell towers and experience poor reception. Once you are in an area that has reception just restart the application. Q: I noticed on "DigiSpeed" and "SpeedoMap" there is button called "HUD". What does HUD mean? A: HUD stands for "Heads Up Display". When you press this button is does not allow the iPhone to go to sleep. Q: I started a claim but my vehicle did not show up. Is something wrong? When you start a claim and enter the date of loss the system checks to see what vehicles were covered at that time. If your vehicle was covered it will appear. Just check the date to make sure it is correct. All else fails call the 1st Guard claims department at 800-441-4511 Q: What if I don't want my friends seeing my location anymore? Should this become necessary you will have to go to the settings screen in TRUCKER1 and un-register your phone. Once this has been done restart the application and reregister the phone. Your "Friends" id will now be different and can be shared once again. Q: Is it true you can shake TRUCKER1 to send an alert? Yes it is. While you are on the "Alerts Page" if you shake the phone an alert will be sent with a message that updates your current location.
